United States Shipping
Orders within the United States are shipped discreetly via first class mail with delivery confirmation.
When your order has been shipped an email confirmation (if an email address is provided) will be
sent which will contain a delivery confirmation number. The status of your order can be viewed on
www.usps.com

If you are interested in placing an order and wish to have it the next day via United States Postal
Service Express Mail please place the order by phone before 1pm eastern time.

International Shipping
Orders outside of the United States are shipped discreetly via first class mail. When your order
has been shipped an email confirmation (if an email address is provided) will be sent which will
contain a customs label confirmation number. On international orders we have to list the contents
of the package (i.e. 2 DVD's), there is absolutely no indication as to the type of DVD(s) enclosed.

Some countries charge an additional customs fee for you to pick up your order. If this is a concern please check with your local postal service prior to ordering. We will not issue a refund due to
unforseen additional postal fees from a country other than the United States.
